During this mission, the international crew executed over 60 scientific explorations, pushing the boundaries of what space missions can achieve. “Telecommunications and navigation are ripe for development,” he stated, suggesting that Poland’s fresh investments of one and a half billion zloty could be the catalyst for sustainable growth in the sector.

Inspiration from Global Efforts

Uznański-Wiśniewski’s optimism is buoyed by international collaborations like Italy’s ‘Iride’ program, an ambitious satellite constellation project backed by €1.1 billion in National Recovery and Resilience Plan funds. The Italian government collaborates with the European Space Agency and the Italian Space Agency, a model that Poland finds inspiring.
